A luxurious twist on a Welsh classic – featuring gratinated Caerphilly cheese in a velvety cream sauce, finished with aromatic black truffle. For your main, savour the heart of Welsh cooking with Lamb and Leek Sausages made using locally sourced lamb and leek sausages from the renowned JT Morgan Butchers, celebrating the proud flavours of Wales.
