Our new chef-curated menus are where culinary artistry meets the finest ingredients. Vol. 1 is just the start, and it is simply not to be missed.
Begin with the Severn & Wye smoked salmon, specially created for The Ivy Collection – a light and refreshing starter. Then let the Roasted salmon supreme take centre stage, paired with tender stem broccoli and a delicate pink peppercorn hollandaise. To close, a reimagined Parisian classic: Paris-Brest, filled with almond and hazelnut cream and finished with a warm chocolate sauce.
The Ivy Edition Vol. 1 is available from 13th May. Two courses for £34.95 and three courses for £41.95.
