Our seasonal menu showcases a balance of classic favourites and contemporary dishes, from truffle and aged Parmesan tagliolini and Korean-inspired fried chicken to pan-seared salmon, scallop and prawn linguine, and aged sirloin steak. Finish with indulgent desserts, including the flaming crispy apple tart with Calvados or golden profiteroles with dark chocolate sauce.
