The Looking Glass Room is a private dining venue that really reflects its surroundings. Taking inspiration from Guildford’s historic heritage, the Surrey landscape and Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland, the walls are adorned with colourful vintage prints and locally sourced artwork. The bar is a work of art in itself. Pale orange onyx, with antique brass rod detailing and silk cladding, it adds Art Deco glamour along with the polished dark oak parquet floor and gilded iron pendant lighting. Move through to the private covered terrace and you’re in a world of your own, where entertaining possibilities abound. And with menus created by our Executive Chef, Sean Burbidge, we can cater for anything - from engagement party to tea party, from morning to night.
