This promotion will be run by the Promoter, Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited is offering a “Promotion” to all customers of The Ivy Collection, The Ivy West Street and Granary Square Brasserie.

 

About the prize promotion

 

  1. The promoter is Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited, 26-28 Conway Street, London, W1T 6BQ 1NW (“The Ivy Collection and Granary Square Brasserie”).
  2. The Ivy is a registered data controller with the Information Commissioner’s Office (registration number ZA566285). We respect your right to privacy and will only process personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations 2016 the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003 and other applicable privacy laws.

  1. By entering the prize promotion you agree to the below terms and conditions, to be bound by the decisions of The Ivy Collection and to receive email notifications/direct messages from The Ivy Collection in relation to the prize promotion.

 

Entering the prize promotion

  1. This prize promotion is open only to permanent UK residents who are aged 18 or over. Employees (or their relatives) of the The Ivy Collection (or any other company and/or agency connected with this promotion) are not permitted to enter.

 

  1. The prize promotion will be live from 7th April and will close at midnight Friday 25th April 2025. No entries will be accepted outside of this time period.

 

  1. To enter the prize promotion, participants must go to: https://easter.ivycollection.com and input their details.

 

  1. You are only permitted to enter the competition once. If we suspect that you are fraudulently entering or using multiple email addresses, then we reserve the right to exclude you from this competition.

 

Winner Selection

 

  1. The Ivy Collection will randomly select winners of the three set prizes, via a pre-determined set of odds.

 

  1. The Ivy Collection will notify Tier One and Tier Two Winners via the online platform and via email. Tier Three Winners will be notified via the online platform and then be sent a link to redeem their Prize. The online tool and following correspondence will include details of how the prize can be accepted. If the winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize by 12 noon on Tuesday 27th April 2025 another winner will be selected from the entries until all prizes have been allocated.

 

The prizes

 

  1. Tier One Winners will receive Complimentary Ivy Dining at their preferred Ivy Restaurant up to the value of £3,000/€3,514.12. A maximum of £250.00/€292.90 is redeemable on one occasion every month for a maximum of one year. This prize is valid from 26th April 2025 until 26th April 2026.

 

  1. Tier Two Winners will receive a Complimentary Champagne Dinner at their preferred Ivy Restaurant up to the value of £250.00/€292.90. This prize is valid from 7th April 2025 until 31st May 2025.

 

  1. Tier Three Winners will receive a Complimentary Drink at their preferred Ivy Restaurant when they next dine with us. This prize is valid from 7th April 2025 until 31st May 2025. Winners of this Prize can either redeem a glass of The Ivy Cuvée, Wild Idol Naturally Alcohol-Free Sparkling Wine or an Alcohol-Free Seedlip Cocktail. If any of these products are unavailable an alternative will be provided to you. Winners must book a table to dine to take advantage of this Prize.

 

  1. Tier One (Complimentary Dining) and Tier Two Prizes (Complimentary Champagne Dinner) will be communicated to you via email. Tier Three Prize (Complimentary Drink) will be shared via the online tool for you to book a table to redeem your Prize.

 

General

 

  1. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. There is no cash alternative.

 

  1. The Ivy Collection’s decision is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the draw.

 

  1. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrectly supplied information.

 

  1. The Ivy Collection reserves the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize if The Ivy Collection reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions.

 

  1. If The Ivy Collection at any time considers an entry is inappropriate and/or fails to comply with its social media guidelines, or that the entrant has otherwise failed to comply with these terms and conditions, it may disqualify the entry.

 

  1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or withdraw this offer at any time.
