Begin with Heirloom tomato with plant-based cream, pistachios, and sherry dressing specially created for The Ivy Collection – a light and refreshing starter. Then let the Roasted supreme salmon take centre stage, paired with tender stem broccoli and a delicate pink peppercorn hollandaise. To close, a reimagined Parisian classic: Paris-Brest, filled with almond and hazelnut cream and finished with a warm chocolate sauce.
