Begin with the Whipped Feta, Fig and Candied Pecan Salad, a vibrant, garden-fresh opener that sets a light and elegant tone whilst reflecting the season. Then let the Pan-seared Salmon Supreme take centre stage, bringing bold, sun-kissed flavours to the table.
