A Night of Whitney Houston

THE IVY COLLECTION’S ‘A NIGHT OF…’ SERIES CONTINUES WITH A NIGHT OF WHITNEY – A LIVE TRIBUTE TO ONE OF MUSIC’S GREATEST VOICES 

Following the launch of its first A Night Of…, The Ivy Collection is turning up the volume once more with a tribute to Whitney Houston – the next in a series of dining and entertainment experiences inspired by some of the most legendary names in music. 

From Wednesday 14th October, The Ivy will pay tribute to the unmistakable voice and enduring hits of Whitney Houston, inviting guests to sing along, dance and make a night of it alongside a specially created three-course menu. 

A Night of Whitney will bring the biggest feel-good hits from Whitney’s discography to life – made for singing along and dancing the night away. Live music runs from 7.30pm to 10pm at selected The Ivy restaurants across the UK and Ireland, from Wednesday 14th October. 

Guests can pair the performance with The Ivy’s Experience Menu: three courses and a glass of Laurent-Perrier La Cuvée Champagne for £60 per person, with dishes spanning The Ivy favourites. À la carte dining is also available. 

To start, guests can choose from Steak Tartare with Toast, Hand-pulled Burrata with Olive and Sun-blushed Tomato Tapenade, Whipped Feta, Fig and Candied Pecan Salad, or Gratinated Scallop and Prawns with truffle spinach and lobster velouté.  

Mains include Chicken Escalope Caesar, Salmon Supreme and Caviar, Grilled Centre-Cut Fillet Steak with Brandy Peppercorn Sauce, and Tableside Mafaldine Pasta with artichoke, courgette, sun-blushed tomatoes, olives and capers in a roasted red pepper sauce. 

For a suitably showstopping finale, the Flambéed Crème Brûlée is flamed tableside, alongside The Ivy favourites including the Chocolate Bombe, Half-baked Cookie and Sticky Toffee Pudding finished with salted caramel sauce, clotted cream and gold flakes. 

A Night of Whitney will take place between Wednesday 14th October and Friday 30th October 2026 at selected The Ivy restaurants, with the A Night Of… series continuing throughout autumn and winter across the UK and Ireland until 9th December, featuring a variety of legend-inspired evenings to be announced.
